My practice employs the power of massage and plants to heal body and soul. I’m a licensed holistic,  deep tissue and pregnancy massage therapist, aromatherapist and reflexologist .  I Studied and graduated at the Richdales Institute and The London School of Massage. I have an ITEC Level III Diploma in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, and also Advanced Techniques in Deep Tissue Massage and pregnancy massage, and a Reiki diploma level II.

As part of my practice I use  different organic carrier oils, chosen to suit your own particular skin type.

I am also offering a  range of homemade natural cosmetic “Elea Holistic Cosmetics”..

I have had a long term interest in a wide range of alternative therapies and have developed my practice to combine the healing benefits of therapeutic plant remedies and massage, incorporating them into my Bespoke Holistic Massage treatments.
